A cigarette in the hands of a woman is an effective way to lose weight or relieve stress. Let's try to figure out why there is a rapid weight loss of smoking women. Everything is simple here: nicotine, penetrating the body, disrupts the usual work of metabolic processes, and nutrients begin to be absorbed worse. Therefore, the amount of food consumed remains the same, but the level of its assimilation is rapidly falling, that is, the body begins to work with a low coefficient of efficiency. A slowdown in weight gain is observed, and soon it stabilizes altogether. Nicotine also lowers intestinal motility, therefore, after smoking, the feeling of hunger recedes. However, there is a certain pattern that needs to be recognized when quitting smoking. If we talk about stressful conditions, then the benefits of smoking are rather far-fetched than real. It relaxes as much as possible, removes from disturbing thoughts and thereby regulates the nervous system.

For many girls, smoking is fashionable, so they strive to comply with global trends. However, American scientists have reliably found that the benefits of smoking for the female body still exist. So, according to experts, smoking ladies “with experience” are protected from women’s diseases such as fibrous uterine degeneration and endometrial cancer. What explains this? As it turned out, nicotine has a powerful antiestrogenic and hypotensive effect. In the latter case, we are talking about reducing pressure and preventing eclampsia (coma).

What is smoking for? The use of nicotine also lies in the fact that it kills 36 types of microorganisms in the body, eight of which are harmful. In addition, under its direct influence, weakened and old brain cells die. Nicotine resins that enter the surface of the lungs block air access to the alveoli, which is responsible for increased blood flow in the lungs. A non-smoking person can achieve a similar effect only with systematic exercise. Many people compare smoke inhalation with useful breathing exercises.

The benefits of smoking or harm is a purely individual decision of each person, but one way or another, one should not forget that nicotine is presented as poison, and from here it is necessary to draw your own logical conclusions.
