Pasta soup: quick, easy and tasty!

In the modern world, where it is simply customary to constantly rush, run, do three things at the same time in order to at least do something, it is very valuable to find time for loved ones, for communication - and even for yourself. Less and less often we prepare full lunches and dinners. More often we buy semi-finished products or we warm pancakes and meatballs from cooking. It is, of course, good that now no one will remain hungry, even if at home in the refrigerator a rolling ball. Enough to run to the nearest store. Where are we now without these homemade food substitutes? But still, if you look for half an hour or an hour to cook pasta soup , you will not regret it: your own lunch will be for your home, and you won’t spend much time. It's worth it!

Probably, pasta soup is the easiest soup in terms of cooking. He does not require any special ingredients, he does not conceal any "pitfalls". Here's what comes in handy for making pasta and potato soup :

- meat. It can be beef, pork ribs or chicken. The amount is about half a kilogram (this is enough, even if you are going to put meat with bones in the soup ).

- potato. In a three-liter pan, peel 6 medium potatoes.

- of course, pasta. For soup, you can take any, but only if you plan to eat it within a few hours after cooking. If the soup stays the next day, put shells in it, stars - in general, those pasta that will not absorb the broth and increase in size after cooking.

- spices - bay leaf and pepper.

Cook the broth from the meat, after cooking it is desirable to strain it. The duration of the preparation of the broth depends on the meat you choose. The chicken, of course, will cook faster. Then everything is simple: throw the potatoes prepared in advance (peeled and diced) into the broth to cook. About ten minutes before the potatoes are ready, add pasta and spices, salt. The soup remains to cook for about fifteen minutes. When serving, sprinkle the soup with herbs. That's all - I didn’t have to stand at the stove for three hours and stir constantly.

By the way, if you can’t find good pasta for soup, you can go to the next trick. Buy 2-3 sachets of instant noodles. Without opening the bags, chop it and shortly before the soup is ready (enough for 3 minutes), throw these pasta into the pan. It is not necessary to use concentrated seasonings from a bag of noodles, especially since you cook the soup on real fresh broth.

You can also cook milk soup with pasta. It cooks even faster and easier. And the taste of this soup will be pleasant for children, it can be eaten for dinner. Ingredients: half a liter of milk, a glass of water, half a glass of pasta, a tablespoon of butter, sugar and salt.

Cook the pasta until half cooked in lightly salted water. Drain it, boil milk separately. When it boils, pour the pasta there. After boiling milk with pasta, you need to cook soup for no more than five minutes. One or two minutes before turning off the fire, add sugar and (or) salt and butter. That's all - even a younger schoolboy can easily cook this pasta soup.

However, not everyone makes milk soup like that - they cook the ingredients in milk. Some boil the pasta until tender in water, and then pour the soup into plates. And only after that milk is poured into each plate. Here you can add sugar - again, to whom how and how much you like.

If you still have milk soup with pasta the day after cooking, and nobody wants to eat it anymore, you can drain the liquid through a sieve or colander, mix the pasta with cottage cheese, add some sugar and cook the cottage cheese casserole. She will be a good dessert for tea.
