Lean Soups: A Short Way to Slim

Do you know what is the main difference between Russian and American cuisine? Soups are not recognized in America. Where fast food rules the world, first courses are not just skeptical: they are not cooked. Meanwhile, scientists and nutritionists around the world have long come to the conclusion that most owners of slim figures at least once a day eat soup. If we compare this information with the fact that the most obese people live in the USA, then we can verify the correctness of this theory.

Without soup, we certainly won’t die. But the fact is that our body spends a lot more calories than they contain to process first courses (especially lean soups). That is why the first dishes can be eaten several times a day, regardless of the time of day.

Lean soups of lentils, green peas, cabbage, zucchini, other vegetables or even fruits will energize the body, but will not be deposited in the waist or hips.

So let's eat right, cook lean soups, become slimmer.

To make lean lentil soup, you will need:

· A glass of lentils. It can be of different colors, I like red more

Large onion

2 large carrots

Fresh and ground paprika

Garlic

Mint or thyme. They can be replaced with any other greenery.

I will make a reservation right away. My girlfriend puts potatoes in such a lentil soup. I don’t like the combination of potatoes and lentils, so I don’t add root vegetables. Pour washed lentils for an hour with water. While it swells, fry the grated carrots, onions and paprika, chopped in a frying pan in a pan.

Swollen lentils are cooked (usually the cooking time is indicated on the packet). Shortly before readiness, add ready-made frying, ground pepper, paprika, crushed garlic.

Sprinkle with chopped mint and thyme on top, cover with a lid, let it brew. Soup can be eaten like this, or you can add a spoonful of sour cream or cream to it before serving. To whom, as you like.

My family loves lean mashed soups. I cook them from legumes and vegetables. Sometimes I add sour cream or cream, but this is not necessary at all: thick vegetable puree soups are tasty and hearty even without sour cream.

In order to keep fit, I recommend at least once a week to eat lean soups from broccoli, zucchini and celery. Many people think that this is not tasty. But maybe they just don’t know how to cook?

For green vegetable soup puree we need:

· Broccoli

Zucchini or zucchini

While the potatoes are being cooked, fry the zucchini, pepper in a pan, and let the celery stalk. When they soften, set aside.

Lightly cooled soup, blend, add a lot of spices and herbs. If the soup is too thin, you can add a little fried flour to it and let it boil again. The soup is decorated with greens, which should also be a lot.

Lenten soups are especially popular with those who fast. Such people can be advised to prepare a light pea soup, which will not be any different from pea soup with smoked meats.

First cook the peas. I never soak it. I just fill it with ice water on my finger, and as soon as it boils, I add crushed ice to the pan. So a few times. Usually, peas are mashed in 40 minutes. Just at this time, I add grated carrots and chopped potatoes to it. I let it boil until they cook. Carrots and onions can be fried, or you can put them raw in the soup. I’m blending the finished soup, letting it boil again and add a few drops ... of liquid smoke. Such a lean soup with lots of greens and crispy crackers is very similar in taste to a soup with smoked ribs.
