Minced meat is a popular and readily available product consisting of pork, lamb, beef or poultry. It goes well with various ingredients, which is why it is widely used in cooking. It makes delicious cutlets, casseroles, toppings for pies and other goodies. Today’s publication will explain how to make minced balls.
Beef with cream sauce
This dish is a good combination of golden balls of ground meat and tender gravy. It is great for pasta and cereals, which means it will diversify the usual diet. To prepare it, you will need:
- 1 kg of twisted beef.
- 30 g unsalted butter.
- 60 g of crushed bread.
- 125 ml of heavy cream.
- 500 ml of broth.
- 1 white onion.
- 2 raw selected eggs.
- 2 tbsp. l baking flour.
- 1 tsp shabby lemon peel.
- Salt, pepper, nutmeg and vegetable oil.
Step number 1. Preparing the balls of minced meat is quite simple. To begin with, in a deep container combine twisted beef, sauteed onions, crumbled bread, eggs and lemon zest.
Step No. 2. All this is salted, seasoned, thoroughly kneaded and framed in the form of small balls.
Step No. 3. The resulting products are transferred to a baking sheet and baked at 200 0 C for about a quarter of an hour.
Step No. 4. After the specified time, they are poured with sauce consisting of broth, cream and flour, fried in melted butter, and then briefly heated in a working oven.
Pork with semolina
This fragrant dish with delicious creamy sauce will be a great addition to pasta or mashed potatoes. It is cooked in the oven without prior frying in an oiled pan. To serve it for a family dinner, you will need:
- 500 g lean pork.
- 150 g of Russian cheese.
- 3 raw selected eggs.
- 1 white onion.
- 5 tbsp. l dry semolina.
- ½ cup yogurt and homemade sour cream.
- Salt and seasoning.
Step No. 1. The pre-washed pork is twisted through a meat grinder and combined with raw eggs.
Step No. 2. The resulting mass is supplemented with semolina and grated onion.
Step No. 3. All this is salted, seasoned, mixed with 100 g of cheese chips and framed in the form of small balls.
Step No. 4. The resulting products are transferred into a deep form and watered with a sauce consisting of sour cream, yogurt, salt and spices.
Step No. 5. All this is sprinkled with the remaining cheese chips and sent for heat treatment. Prepare meat balls from minced meat in the oven, heated to 180 0 C. After thirty minutes, the temperature is reduced to 150 0 C and wait another half hour.
Beef with curd cheese
This fragrant and very mouth-watering dish is somewhat similar to meatballs. Thanks to baking in the oven, it turns out incredibly juicy and soft. A special highlight is given to him by the presence of tomato sauce. To easily reproduce this recipe for minced meat balls, you will need:
- 1 kg ground beef.
- 170 g of cottage cheese.
- 1 white onion.
- 2 cloves of garlic.
- 2 eggs.
- ½ cup crackers for breading.
- Salt, spices, herbs, vegetable oil and tomatoes in their own juice.
Step number 1. First you need to do the stuffing. It is combined with curd cheese, breadcrumbs, chopped herbs, spices and salt.
Step number 2. All this is supplemented with eggs and 5 tbsp. l deodorized vegetable oil, and then intensively knead and make out in the form of balls.
Step No. 3. The resulting products are laid out on parchment and baked at a temperature of 190 0 C.
Step No. 4. After thirty ready-made balls, pour the sauce made from tomatoes, stewed with sautéed onions, garlic and spices.
With pork and liver
Following the methodology discussed below, delicious deep-fried minced balls are obtained. They go well with fresh vegetables and any spicy sauces, which means they are perfect for a hearty and healthy dinner. To prepare them you will need:
- 700 g fatty pork.
- 400 g of fresh beef liver.
- 100 g of good butter.
- 2 white onions.
- 1 raw egg yolk.
- 1/3 cup baking flour.
- Salt, spices and deodorized oil.
Step number 1. First you need to do the liver and onions. They are washed, cut and individually fried in melted butter.
Step No. 2. Once they have cooled, they are processed using a meat grinder, salted and mixed.
Step number 3. Now it's time to prepare the pork. It is washed, twisted and combined with egg yolk.
Step No. 4. Then it is salted, kneaded, divided into parts and flattened into cakes.
Step No. 5. Each of them is filled with a liver, made out in the form of a ball, rolled in flour and deep-fried.
With chicken and cottage cheese
These delicious minced meat balls have a delicate texture and a pleasant aroma. They do not leave indifferent either large or small eaters and, if desired, become a good option for an easy family meal. To prepare them you will need:
- 500 g twisted chicken.
- 100 g of fresh cottage cheese.
- 100 g breadcrumbs for breading.
- 100 g of thick non-acidic sour cream.
- 100 ml of milk cream.
- 80 g of any hard cheese.
- 1 selected egg.
- Salt, water, dry dill, vegetable oil and granulated garlic.
Step No. 1. The ground chicken is mixed with egg, cottage cheese, breadcrumbs and cream.
Step number 2. All this is salted, seasoned and thoroughly mixed.
Step No. 3. Small, approximately the same balls are formed from the prepared meat, each of which is stuffed into a small piece of cheese.
Step No. 4. The resulting products are browned in an oiled pan and poured into half a glass of water mixed with sour cream. All this is put out under the lid for about half an hour and served with any suitable side dish.
Beef in mustard cream sauce
These rosy beef balls have a pleasant taste and a fairly high nutritional value. Therefore, they can heartily feed hungry relatives. To do this, you will need:
- 500 g twisted beef.
- 1 stale roll.
- 1 white onion.
- 1 raw, perfect egg.
- Salt, spices, vegetable oil and milk.
All this is necessary to form the balls themselves. To prepare a spicy sauce you will need:
- 120 g thick sour cream.
- 3 tbsp. l soft butter.
- 3 tbsp. l not very burning mustard.
- Salt, seasonings and dill.
Step No. 1. The peeled and chopped onions are sautéed in an oiled pan, combined with ground beef and egg.
Step No. 2. All this is supplemented with a roll soaked in milk, salt and seasonings, mixed and made out in the form of balls.
Step No. 3. The resulting products are browned and served with a sauce consisting of mustard, sour cream, dill, melted butter and spices.
Beef with Rice
These nourishing minced meat balls are somewhat reminiscent of the usual meatballs. They are served hot and are suitable even for the children's menu. To prepare them, you will need:
- 650 g twisted beef.
- 200 g of rice.
- 3 bay leaves.
- 1 raw egg.
- 1 small carrot.
- 1 medium white onion.
- Salt, pepper, oregano, herbs and vegetable oil.
Step No. 1. The washed vegetables are peeled, chopped and sautéed in a greased skillet.
Step No. 2. Fried onions and carrots cool slightly, and then combine with ground meat and a raw egg.
Step number 3. All this is salted, peppered, supplemented with oregano and chopped herbs.
Step No. 4. The resulting mass is mixed with rice, filled in the form of balls, poured with water, seasoned with lavrushka and brought to a boil.
Step No. 5. The contents of the container are salted, covered with a lid and brought to readiness.
With champignons
This appetizing dish with a pronounced mushroom aroma is not ashamed to offer guests who unexpectedly came to dinner. To prepare it, you will need:
- 700 g of any stuffing.
- 150 g of tomato paste.
- 8 small champignons.
- 1 raw egg.
- 2 white onions.
- 1 juicy carrot.
- 2 tsp potato starch.
- Salt, spices, breadcrumbs, water and vegetable oil.
Step No. 1. Minced meat is combined with a raw egg and one shabby onion.
Step number 2. All this is salted, seasoned and mixed with half the available starch.
Step No. 3. Balls are formed from the resulting mass, in the middle of each of which is placed fried champignon.

Step number 2. Prepared in this way, the vegetable is combined with minced chicken.
Step No. 3. All this is salted, seasoned and mixed vigorously.
Step No. 4. Small cakes are formed from the resulting mass.
