So, the beets must be cleaned, cut into 4-6 parts, so that it cooks faster, pour a liter of water and put to cook. At that moment when the beets are already soft, remove the pan from the heat and let it cool. In this recipe, the beetroot is cooked on a beetroot broth, so you do not need to pour the water in which the beets were cooked. Now rub the beets on a coarse grater and send back to the pan. Add a little citric acid or the juice of your lemon. So, now preparing a mixture for beetroot. Eggs and potatoes need to be peeled, then cut them and all other components, mix and salt. It is this mixture that needs to be poured with broth, while seasoning everything with sour cream. Horseradish is added to taste.

Here is the recipe for beetroot with apples and vegetables. Take 250 grams of boiled potatoes, 100 grams of boiled beets, 150 grams of cucumbers and 80 grams of apples, peel it all and cut into cubes. Two eggs must be boiled hard, while the yolks are thoroughly ground with 15 grams of mustard, 100 grams of sour cream, green onions, 20 grams of sugar and salt, then pour this mixture with kvass (about one and a half liters). In the pan you need to put chopped vegetables, chopped proteins and pour it all with the resulting kvass. You must serve the dish with herbs.
