The character Belfegor of Reborn, also known by the shorter name Bel, is one of the officers in the manga and its adaptation, who works for the Wongol family and is a member of an independent group of killers.

It is known that Belfegor is of royal origin, but which country is not indicated exactly anywhere (possibly Italy).
When the boy was 7 years old, he tried to kill his older twin brother, stabbing him in the hope of a fatal outcome. However, as it turned out in the future, the latter could be resurrected under the leadership of the leader of the Milfiore family - Byakuran.
Another more terrible fact is also known: in addition to the attempt on his brother, Bel dealt with his family and, having left his home, out of boredom and wandering, joined the squad of killers of Varia.
In connection with the events described above, Belfegor of “Reborn” is preferred to be called “The Ripper Prince”.
At the time of the release of the first volume of the manga, Bel was a 16-year-old teenager, but in the last chapters he is already an adult young man of 26 years.

2. Belfegor from "Tutor-killer Reborn" has a Mink Mink, located in a miniature box. Her fur is able to regenerate the hurricane flame, burning everything that touches it. Mink has incredible speed, which allows you to strike unexpectedly and with lightning speed. In addition to attacking abilities, the animal is gifted with the ability to defend itself, creating a shield with the help of the rotation of its tail.
3. Bel’s most powerful technique can rightly be called the waltz technique of cutting stylet. It acts like this: the threads help the user to surround his opponent, and then launch a huge number of knives on the fishing lines, leading to quite effective damage.
