On some models, access may be closed by the expansion tank of the cooling system. For convenience, remove the fastening nuts of the container and remove the hose. It should be unscrewed with a key of 10. Next, dismantle the metal tube, which comes from the clutch master cylinder. It can be copper or aluminum. After that we take out the main cylinder, having previously unscrewed two fixing nuts with a key on 13. Using the 17 head, it is necessary to remove the hose that comes from the working cylinder. Next, we again need the key at 13.

In order not to damage other elements, carefully disconnect the pusher from the plug. If the hoses are removed “by weight” (that is, on the removed element), the cylinder can be fixed using an adjustable wrench on one side, and on the other, unscrew the tube with a cape. But be careful, as rubber may crack under mechanical stress.

Fill the medical syringe with hydraulic fluid and, under pressure, clean the dirt inside it.

When can not be restored?

In some cases, repairs will not work. Replacement of the working cylinder is carried out in case of damage to the housing (crack), or a large output inside it. And to avoid smudges, use a rubber hose. Slide one end onto the air valve and lower the other into the neck of the bottle. At first, the liquid will spray - this is normal. Subsequent pressings will decrease the amount of air. Step on the pedal until a clean, bubble-free fluid flows from the hose. This will mean that there is no more air left in the system. Screw the valve back on and put on the protective rubber cap. Due to its location, water, dirt and dust constantly get on the part. To protect the valve from clogging, this rubber cap is provided. Check the level under the hood. If necessary, top up to the maximum mark. Keep the level at maximum during operation. At this stage, the pumping of the clutch slave cylinder UAZ is completed.
