Drain the rice and rinse it well. Pour into the pan. If there is a cauldron, then it will be more suitable. Add the fried sausage with vegetables to the rice and simmer a little over low heat (about 5 minutes).

Then pour chicken stock into the grits. Bring to a boil, taste it. If necessary, add more salt and pepper. Reduce the heat, cover the dish and let it stew until rice is cooked.

With seafood, the dish is delicious and aromatic. Shrimps give an original, unforgettable taste. First they need to be cleaned and boiled. While they cool, cook the rest of the food.

Put long rice (300 g) in 1 liter of water to soak. In the meantime, take two bell peppers (preferably red and yellow). Peel them and cut them into large cubes. Celery can be cut into strips. Chop one onion.

When you turn off the burner, the contents of the cauldron should still be infused for about 30 minutes. You should get a very tasty and original dish with such an interesting name - jambalaya. Try making jambalaya with shrimp and sausage. This dish is very tasty, and it is not a shame to serve it even to guests. Seafood needs to be cleaned and boiled, as in the previous recipe. Just cut the ham, preferably in large pieces. For example, circles, squares.
