Raspberry wine №1
Ingredients: four kilograms of raspberries, four liters of pure water, one kilogram two hundred grams of sugar.
The berries are sorted, crushed and put in a ten-liter bottle. In a separate container, sugar is diluted in water and heated until the latter is completely dissolved. The syrup is cooled and filled with a bottle of berry to the base of the neck. The bottle is kept open for several days (until the fermentation ends)
When the fermentation is over, raspberry wine is placed in the cold for three days. During this period, sediment should form at the bottom of the vessel. The drink is filtered, filtered with cotton wool, and then bottled. Alcohol should be stored in a cool and completely dry place.
Raspberry wine No. 2 (high quality)
Ingredients: five kilograms of fresh raspberries, five liters of water, one and a half kilograms of sugar.
The berry is passed through a juicer. In a separate container, water with sugar is heated until the latter dissolves. Then the syrup is cooled, mixed with raspberry juice, poured into a bottle and set for five days for fermentation.
When the fermentation is over, homemade raspberry wine is filtered with cotton wool and bottled, which is then corked and stacked in a horizontal position. Store the product in a cool place.
Sweet Raspberry Wine
Ingredients: six liters of raspberry juice, two kilograms of six hundred grams of sugar, two and a half liters of water, one liter of vodka.
Raspberry wine is prepared in a classic way. One kilogram of six hundred grams of sugar before fermentation, and eight hundred grams of sugar after it is put in unclarified juice, which is obtained by squeezing fresh raspberries with a press. When the fermentation is over, one liter of vodka must be added to ten liters of the drink, after which the drink is kept for five days. Then the wine is filtered, the remaining sugar (two hundred grams) is added and bottled. Ready alcohol has a pleasant acidity and aroma of fresh raspberries.
Strong raspberry wine
Ingredients: five kilograms of berries, three hundred grams of sugar, two liters of water, yeast yeast.
Squeeze the berries, add one liter of water and sugar. One liter of water is also added to the squeezes and allowed to infuse for six hours, then they are again pressed.
The juice obtained in this way is mixed with the juice squeezed earlier, the ferment is poured and left for ten days for fermentation. Over time, the drink is filtered, add one hundred and fifty grams of sugar (based on one liter of juice) and again set to ferment for several days.
When the fermentation process is over, alcohol is added to the drink in the amount of half a liter for every ten liters of wine, bottled or bottled, and then corked. Such alcohol is stored in a cool place.
