Soup with pork ribs is cooked very quickly: literally forty-five minutes, and the delicious dish is ready! The meat is tender and melting in the mouth. Pork Rib Soup: Basic Recipe
They say that this dish came to us from Chinese cuisine. But such a simple dish could come up with a chef of a different nationality.
Ingredients:
- 300 grams of pork ribs,
- three potatoes
- greens,
- salt,
- pepper.
Chop finely pork ribs, wash them in running water. In a small pan, put the ribs and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Meanwhile, peel, wash and chop the potatoes into large cubes. In the broth, remove the foam and cook over low heat for about thirty minutes (it is not recommended to digest: meat can become tougher). Then add the chopped potatoes and continue cooking for another fifteen minutes. In the Chinese recipe, at the end of cooking, you need to add glutamate (half a small spoon), but this is not for everyone. You can sprinkle with a mixture of peppers, and when serving - chopped finely chopped greens.
With mushrooms and vegetables
Such pork ribs soup is also cooked quickly - nothing complicated!
Ingredients:
- pork ribs - 0.5 kilograms;
- two medium onions;
- one bell pepper;
- mushrooms - 200 grams (champignons are well suited to this recipe, but you can put oyster mushrooms and forest mushrooms, fresh or dried);
- some tomatoes;
- four medium-sized potatoes;
- salt;
- pepper;
- greens for decoration.
To properly prepare the soup from pork ribs, you need to peel and wash the vegetables, cut them not too finely. We also cut the ribs into small pieces and fry over high heat quickly in a pan (in Chinese). Fry vegetables (except potatoes) and mushrooms with meat - just a few minutes on a very high fire. Soak the potatoes separately in water so that the starch comes out. Boil fresh tomatoes with boiling water, peel, chop and fry separately in a frying pan in vegetable oil. Pour all the ingredients into a saucepan, cover with water and cook for about fifteen minutes, stirring occasionally. At the end, add chopped greens.

This dish has a wonderful combination of peas, smoked meats and potatoes - you’ll just lick your fingers! A little trick: do not pour a lot of water, let it be a thick soup puree.
Ingredients:
- 0.5 kg smoked pork ribs,
- a glass of peas
- three potatoes
- onion head
- small carrots
- pepper,
- greens.
Cooked peas cooked in advance for an hour and a half (so that it boils). In a separate pan, cook smoked pork ribs and chopped potatoes (15 minutes). Fry carrots and onions in vegetable oil. We combine all the ingredients in one dish and cook for fifteen minutes. Salt, pepper, taste. Sprinkle with chopped herbs before serving. Soup should be the consistency of liquid mashed potatoes.
