1 zucchini, half a glass of rice and the same amount of sour cream, a raw egg, 300 grams of minced meat, 1 carrot, salt, 2 medium tomatoes (or 1 glass of tomato juice) and a bunch of greens.
The cooking process will look a little different:
- Zucchini should be washed, cut into two parts along and free each of them from seeds.

The cooking process is extremely simple:
- First you need to boil rice in salt water.
- Dice pepper, onion and peeled zucchini. It is better to grate the carrots.
- It all starts with frying the onions. After a couple of minutes, you can add carrots to the pan in it.
- After another 2 minutes, zucchini and pepper should be added to the total mass. To stew vegetables a lot of time is not required. Five minutes will be enough.
- Then add the minced meat and simmer the products together for 10 minutes with constant stirring.
- Then you need to pour soy sauce and lemon juice, and after 30 seconds put chopped garlic.
