First you need to remove the ponytails, twigs, stalks from the berries. Then lay out all the fruits in sterile jars and prepare the syrup. Boil the water, add sugar to it and boil the syrup for no more than 5 minutes. Then pour boiling water into jars, cover and put sterilized for 15 minutes. Only then can you roll compote.
