Laminaria, or seaweed, is a very popular and very healthy product. It is included in the regular diet of people who monitor their health and figure. Seaweed is indispensable in the treatment of many diseases and during diets. No wonder since ancient times in Japan and China it was called sea ginseng.
The benefits of seaweed

Miekkuk
The national Korean dish, which is usually prepared for the holidays. In our country, it is more commonly known as Far Eastern soup with seaweed.
Ingredients:
- 30 grams of dried seaweed;
- 300 grams of beef brisket (can be replaced with chicken fillet);
- one medium onion;
- four cloves of garlic;
- 40 ml of soy sauce.
Cooking method:
- Cook the beef or chicken broth with a whole head of onion. You should get about 1.5 liters of liquid.
- While preparing the broth for seaweed soup, take dried kelp and pour it with hot water for about 30-40 minutes.
- Add soaked seaweed, garlic, crushed on a press, chopped meat and soy sauce into the prepared broth. If salt is not enough, add salt.
- Simmer for another 20 minutes.
The Far Eastern soup is ready. In Korea, it is customary to serve boiled rice without salt for this dish.
Soup with seaweed and egg
Rich, rich, aromatic soup.
Required Products:
- one 250 gram can of canned seaweed;
- medium carrots;
- three medium-sized potatoes;
- one onion;
- 120 grams of canned green peas;
- one chicken egg;
- sour cream;
- two liters of meat broth;
- refined vegetable oil;
- pepper and salt.
Cooking:
- In order to make seaweed soup according to this recipe, first peel the vegetables: carrots, onions and potatoes - and boil the egg.
- Cut the potatoes into small cubes, finely chop the onion, and grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
- Fry the prepared onion and carrots in a small amount of vegetable oil.
- Put the chopped potatoes in a boiling broth, cook for 10 minutes, then add the fried vegetables.
- Drain the canned green peas and seaweed, add them to the broth.
- Grate the egg on a coarse grater and throw in the soup. Mix well and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Focusing on your taste, salt and pepper.
This soup is served hot with sour cream added to the plate.
Seaweed Fish Soup
Ingredients:
- two liters of water;
- 100 grams of rice;
- one large potato;
- medium carrots;
- one 250-gram can of canned pink salmon in its own juice;
- one can of seaweed;
- vegetable oil, salt and pepper.
Getting started:
- Bring water to a boil, add washed rice and chopped potatoes to it.
- Grind onions, grate carrots on a medium grater, fry them in vegetable oil.
- When the potatoes and rice are cooked, put the fried vegetables in the soup, cook for 5 minutes.
- Mash canned fish with a fork, drain seaweed. Add it all to the cooking soup. Cook another 5 minutes. Salt, pepper according to your taste preferences.
Such a soup will be tasty both in hot and in cooled form.
Soup "Quick" in the slow cooker
And this soup is even easier to prepare the previous ones.
Products:
- 400 grams of canned seaweed;
- one small onion;
- one medium carrot;
- three medium potatoes;
- salt pepper;
- 2 large spoons of sunflower oil;
- 1.5 liters of water;
- a pair of bay leaves.
Cooking:
Put a whole onion in a multicooker bowl, chopped potatoes, grated carrots and seaweed. Salt and pepper it all, add bay leaf, oil and fill with water. Turn on Steam Cooking for 30 minutes. The βquickβ soup is ready.
