The ingredients are the same as in the previous recipe with the addition of tomato paste. Beans, as before, are washed and soaked in cold water for 7-8 hours. We wash the meat, dry it with a paper towel and cut into slices, which are then fried in a pan with the addition of vegetable oil. After the meat is fried until it is rosy, put it in a pan, put the beans there, fill it with water and put on medium heat. After boiling, it is necessary to remove the foam, add salt and pepper to taste and cook until the beans are ready. Next, put the potatoes, cut into small cubes, into the pan. While the potatoes are being cooked, fry the chopped onions and the carrots cut into strips in vegetable oil until golden brown. After frying, add 2-3 tablespoons of tomato sauce to onions and carrots and simmer over low heat for 3-4 minutes, and then also send to a soup pot. A few minutes before cooking, add bay leaf and finely chopped greens (dill, parsley). After turning off, let it brew for 7-10 minutes.
