- one onion:

How to cook cauliflower cream soup:

2. Cut the carrots into large pieces, cut the stems of parsley, chop the celery.

Essential Products (6 servings):
- 0.5 kg broccoli;
- two large onions;
- half a kilogram of cauliflower;
- 1.5 l of broth (chicken);
- Cayenne pepper;
- 200 ml cream (preferably 10% fat);
- one potato (large);
- 100 g brie cheese;
- olive oil.
The practical part:
1. In different pots, boil broccoli and cauliflower. Drain the broth into the sink.
2. Peel the onion, chop it finely and fry in a pan with olive oil for at least 10 minutes. With a sharp knife, remove the skin from the potatoes, chop it and add to the onion. Stew for about 5 minutes. The resulting mass must be divided exactly into two parts. In one we add cauliflower, and in the other we put broccoli. Bring to a boil. Pour cayenne pepper into a saucepan with cabbage , and pieces of cheese should be added to where broccoli soup is prepared. The main thing is not to mix it up.
3. In the thicker of the blender pour 100 ml of cream, and then soup with broccoli. After a few seconds, we get mashed potatoes. We do the same with cauliflower soup.
