They taste quite specific, but after the first frosts they usually become sweeter, but the benefits of these fruits are enormous. So they try to prepare them in different ways (they dry, grind with sugar and even prepare juice from viburnum). For the winter, literally a few jars are usually enough to support the immune system and provide first aid for the flu or the common cold. And it is widely used in cosmetology. So caring mothers and grandmothers are trying to provide this whole miracle to this whole family.

On the palate, the product turns out to be quite acidic, but vitamins in it are maximally preserved. In the future, honey or sugar can be added to such juice directly when consumed. For 2 kg of berries you need about 500 ml of water. First they need to be washed and separated from the twigs. Then add water and bring to a boil. Remove from heat, strain through cheesecloth and squeeze well, then pour into jars and sterilize for about 15 minutes. Then they are tightly closed and cleaned in a dark place for storage. It turns out natural juice from viburnum. Cooking takes literally 30-40 minutes. In winter, by opening one of these cans, you can cook a delicious compote, diluting the juice with water and adding sugar, or use it in pure form with honey. For example, it is not difficult for someone who has prepared juice from viburnum for the winter to make a cleansing face mask. It helps fight acne, while it does not dry the skin, nourishing it with vitamins. 3 tablespoons of juice should be mixed with the same amount of non-greasy sour cream, applied to the face and kept for 20 minutes. Then it is washed off with cool water.

Preparing a tonic lotion is a little more difficult. But it turns out completely natural and perfectly refreshes the skin. Store the lotion in the refrigerator for no more than 2 weeks. Therefore, it is better not to do it for the future. For 100 ml of juice you need to take the same amount of cream and camphor oil, 1 egg yolk, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and a teaspoon of honey with olive oil. All ingredients are thoroughly whipped with a blender, poured into a glass dish and sent to the refrigerator.

If you prepare juice from viburnum for the winter, you can use it to make baths to strengthen nails. You will need sea (or ordinary table) salt - 1 tbsp. and 50 ml of warm water. First, make a saline solution, then pour 2 tablespoons of viburnum juice there. Hands are lowered into a liquid and held for about 15-20 minutes.
