Some 30 years ago they didn’t even talk about sex aloud. Gradually, morals in society underwent changes, plus freedom of speech appeared, and everything changed radically. It is not worth comparing the modern possibilities of youth regarding the elimination of sexual illiteracy. However, despite this, there are a huge number of cases of early pregnancy, when underage mothers find themselves alone with their problem and do not know what to do next.
With open access to pornographic videos, impressionable teens enter into an intimate relationship quite early on. Unfortunately, far from always they are sufficiently informed about contraception, as a result - early pregnancy.
Often, underage mothers are afraid of their new position and stubbornly hide the fact of their pregnancy, however, it is easy to assume that sooner or later it becomes noticeable and understandable (at least for the girl’s parents). Unfortunately, there are many cases where it is parental anger that becomes the reason why young mothers abandon their babies. Often, a pregnant girl is simply kicked out of the house.
Minor mothers sometimes do not have any support either from relatives or from the public. They face misunderstanding and condemnation at school, where teachers themselves are often contemptuous of such girls.
The most difficult thing a young mother has to put up with is the anger of her parents, which sometimes borders on cruelty. This is terrible, but true. Often these girls are left without support, but now they need more than ever understanding and advice on how to proceed. Even basic information on nutrition and the general regimen is very necessary for a young mother. Being in constant emotional tension and stress after childbirth, these girls sign the abandonment of the child or toss the baby into the orphanage. We will not talk about those egregious cases when underage mothers kill their children in order to continue their usual life without a child in their arms. Unfortunately, history knows many such cases.
In this situation, girls need guardianship and support, because it is unlikely that their pregnancy is a planned circumstance.
I would like to say that there are many cases where the pregnancy of a minor is a consequence of the present, albeit careless, love of two people, and in the future the future mother is surrounded by care and support. Do not lose sight of the fact that, whatever one may say, the father of the child will be held accountable for seducing a minor. The degree of punishment is considered individually, taking into account all circumstances.
There are cases when a little mother is already very young. For example, in Russia, 11-year-old Valya became pregnant and gave birth to a baby, and later raised her with her husband, the father of the child, who turned out to be a 17-year-old Tajik.
The episode when the smallest mother at the age of 5 successfully bore and gave birth to a child (by Caesarean section) was recorded in 1939 in Peru. The “record holder” was called Lina Medina, she was able to bear and give birth to a boy weighing 3 kg. The girl’s parents turned to the hospital when they noticed that her stomach began to grow.
Doctors ascertained the tumor, although they soon realized that the “patient” was 7 months pregnant. Lina's parents raised the boy, who was given the name Gerardo, only at the age of 10 they told him that Medina was his real mother, and not his sister, as they had told him earlier. Surprisingly, despite the fact that many years passed and Gerardo was no longer alive, when in 2002 Lina was interviewed, she flatly refused to say who is the biological father of her child and under what circumstances the conception occurred.
