  • flour - 2 glasses;
  • brine - half a glass;
  • vegetable oil - also half a glass;
  • sauerkraut - 450 g;
  • onions - one onion;
  • rice - 80 g.

Getting to the filling:

  1. In a bowl, mix the flour, brine and butter.
  2. After that, cover with a towel or rag for 25 minutes.
  3. We take the rice and cook it almost to the finished state.
  4. Finely chop the onion, fry.
  5. Add to it chopped and squeezed from brine cabbage.
  6. Stew it all for about 10 minutes.
  7. After extinguishing, add the mixture to rice. If necessary, salt and pepper.

  1. Divide it into 12 equal balls.
  2. We roll them all into thin layers in the shape of a rectangle.

  • salt - a pinch;
  • flour - 310 g;
  • warm water - half a glass;

  • large onion;
  • small carrots - 1 pc.;

  • minced meat;

  • cinnamon - half a teaspoon;
  • butter - 50 gr.

Cooking the dough:

  1. Add salt to a glass of warm water and stir.
  2. Add to the brim with vegetable oil.
  3. Pour the contents of the glass into a bowl and sift the wheat flour there.
  4. Knead the dough with a spoon. It should turn out soft, oily and layered.
