Investments are investments to generate additional income. You can do this in various ways, it all depends on the type of investment. In the form of investments, money, securities, property, including intellectual property, can be offered. But, before investing funds or property, it is necessary to consider the types of investments.

Separately, it is necessary to consider annuity investments, which can be called a separate type of investment. They consist in the fact that funds are invested now, and income can be obtained only upon the occurrence of specific conditions - age, status, or after some time.

Each project is different from each other, therefore its riskiness needs to be considered separately, but there are several factors that will tell how risky the project is:

  • the situation in the country in the economy and on the political front;
  • tax policy of the country;
  • system of distribution of investments within the enterprise;
  • scale of production, worker satisfaction;
  • return on investment in accordance with the interest rate.
