Ingredients: two liters of water, one glass of sugar, three hundred grams of dried fruit.

3. Plum compote.
Ingredients: two hundred grams of plums, fifty grams of sugar, three hundred grams of apples, two glasses of water.
Ripe plums are separated from the seeds, which are poured with water, boiled, and the resulting uzvar is poured into a pan. Sugar, peeled and chopped apples are added to it and boiled until they become soft. Then put the prepared plum, bring to a boil, cool and pour into glasses or tall wine glasses.
4. How to cook compote from dried apricots and raisins.
Ingredients: fifty grams of dried apricots, fifty grams of raisins, one hundred grams of prunes, half a glass of sugar, three glasses of water.
The fruit is washed with warm water. Sugar is poured into the dishes, poured with water and boiled for several minutes. Then put the prunes in the syrup and cook it for fifteen minutes, after which they add raisins and dried apricots and continue cooking for another five minutes. Serve the compote chilled.
5. Orange drink.
Ingredients: fifty grams of ripe oranges, thirty grams of sugar, one hundred and fifty grams of water.
Oranges are washed, peeled from the skin and a white film that contains bitterness, cut and laid in a bowl. Sugar is put in water and boiled for fifteen minutes, zest is added, which is preliminarily poured with hot water and boiled. When the syrup has cooled, you can add a little wine or liquor to it, pour oranges and boil for several minutes, then cool. Served in glasses, decorated with slices of orange.
