Soups are very healthy, and they should be in the diet every day. But it’s so tiring to boil a rich broth from meat, then lighten it and filter it! Minced meatballs come to the rescue here. Cooking:
- Rinse the fillet well, cut into pieces that will conveniently be laid in a meat grinder.
- Twist the meat with peeled onion.
- Add salt, pepper (optional) and egg to the minced meat, mix well.
- Let the minced meat brew so that the juice that has come out is absorbed back.

- Put a pot of water on the fire, bring to a boil. Salt, add seasonings, put potatoes.
- After boiling, cook the roast and meatballs. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Pour the noodles, mix well.
- Reduce the fire to a minimum, beat the egg in a glass, pour in a thin stream into the soup, stirring constantly.
