In addition to various poses, various types of intercourse are widely practiced - both anal and oral, and even without using the penis as such. 3. Anal-vaginal fisting (double) - the simultaneous introduction of two hands, one in the genital tract, the other in the rectum. It causes an extremely intense sensation due to the feeling of incredible fullness that a woman experiences.
4. Double vaginal fisting - the introduction of two hands into the genital tract. Suitable only for well-trained women.
5. Fisting anal double - insertion of two hands into the rectum. Also permissible only with thorough preparation.
Of course, thoughts about this type of sex and watching pornographic films in which it is used can seriously excite both partners. But still, before you begin to take action, you should carefully consider everything, familiarize yourself with the consequences and safety precautions.
First of all, it should be remembered that vaginal fisting can lead to a significant expansion of the genital tract, which will worsen the quality of regular sexual intercourse in the future. The anal form, with errors, can lead to
fecal incontinence and involuntary flatulence.
Now about safety. First, vaginal fisting is recommended only for women giving birth. For young girls, it can be dangerous.
Secondly, you need to remember about hygiene - you should have medical gloves on your hands, rings must be removed, nails should be cut short.
Thirdly, we must not forget about the grease - you have to buy it. Natural will not be enough.
And fourthly, you need to enter the hand very slowly and carefully, since damaging the walls of the vagina or rectum is quite simple, and the consequences will be very unpleasant.
