Braised cabbage in the Polaris multicooker cooks as easily and simply as in a stewpan on a gas stove. It is worth noting that such a dish can be made not only from vegetables, but also with the addition of any meat ingredients (sausages, pork, chicken breasts, sausages, etc.). However, today we will present a dietary version of this dinner, as it can be used as a tasty and unusual side dish for goulash with gravy.

Required products for the dish:
- refined sunflower oil - 50-65 ml (add at discretion);
- white cabbage - forks per 1 kg;
- small iodized salt - add to taste;
- small carrots - 2 or 3 pcs.;

- sweet onions - 4 heads;
- small laurel leaves - 3 pcs.

But if you decide to make this lunch out of season, then you can use frozen ingredients. Thus, you should clean the forks of cabbage from the surface of the leaves and deprive it of the stalk. Next, you need to wash and get rid of the peel of components such as white onions and large carrots.

Braised cabbage in the Polaris multicooker will cook much faster if all the purchased products are well chopped. To do this, peeled forks need to be chopped into long and thin straws, carrots - grated on a large grater, and onions - finely chopped.
Frying vegetables
To cook a vegetable side dish, we will use the Polaris-0512 crock-pot. Recipes for this device are always particularly easy to prepare. And stewed cabbage is no exception. In order to make it as tasty and aromatic as possible, it is advisable to fry some of the ingredients in advance. To do this, put carrots and onions in a bowl, season with sunflower oil and cook in the baking program for 16 minutes. During this time, both ingredients should be crusted.
Heat treatment of the whole dish
In total, stewed cabbage in the Polaris crock-pot is cooked for about an hour and a half. After some of the vegetables are fried, put the chopped forks on them, season them with salt and pepper, and then add drinking water, laurel leaves and tomato sauce. In this composition, the dish must be mixed and left in the stewing mode for 1 hour 15 minutes. During the heat treatment, vegetables are not recommended to be mixed.
When the installed program ends, the dish must be kept heated for 10-13 minutes, and then proceed to lay out the side dish on the plates.
How to present to the table
Vegetable garnish from cabbage should be served with any meat product. If you prefer to use the dish without sausages and other ingredients, then it is advisable to season it with thick sour cream, herbs or mayonnaise.
