The first insurance policy was issued to Credo Bank. The company received a license from the Ministry of Finance to conduct its activities.
In 1993, the first ship was insured. Soon, the project received its current name - DALACFES. The company was issued a license from the Federal Service for Supervision of Insurance Activities.
In 1994, DALACFES became an open joint stock company. Soon an agreement was signed with the international company International Adjustres. The shareholders of the project are Far East Bank and Vostochny Port. The East Siberian representation in the city of Ulan-Ude begins work. The next branch appears in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk.
In 1995, the management of the Dalakfes Insurance Company was trained at New York College. Soon, a reinsurance contract was concluded with the foreign company ARIES Insurance Agency. Representatives of the company participate in an international conference in Vienna.
