Against the background of the movie “Tor-3: Ragnarok” released in October 2017, the character Surtur (“Marvel”) aroused great interest. The fiery demon tried to rebel against Asgard, but was sent back deep into the earth for a long time. Surtur later appeared in the 104th edition of The Secret Journey. Unlike many comic book antiheroes with brute power, Surtur is endowed with ancient knowledge and wisdom. Its weak point is a strong cold, which can be defeated by a fiery demon, but only in conjunction with special magic spells. He can lose the battle with creatures that are superior in strength and possess the power of cosmic energy.
Superweapons and equipment
According to the canons of a comic book, such a powerful character as Surtur from Marvel is required to have no less powerful weapons. Owned by a gigantic demon, the Twilight Sword (or Sword of Doom) is made of a special metal scabrita. The latter was mined in the mines of Surtur's possessions. This blade is endowed with incredible properties. During the battle, fiery streams may spill out onto the enemy. The sword is able to break inter-dimensional connections. Morgan Lee Fey created with his help a parallel universe. Loki, using the Sword, struck the inhabitants of Asgard with an unknown illness, although it is known that Asgardians are not subject to any ailments. With the help of the Twilight Sword, Loki also transformed Thor himself into a frog, although he is resistant to such transformations. Combining with the power of the Eternal Flame, the Sword gains doubled power, the limits of which are not known. At the same time being together, they increase the strength of Surtur.
An integral part of the Surutra, the source of his life, is the Burning Crown. If you remove it, it dims, becoming like a cooled firebrand. Together with the Eternal Flame, the crown gives Surtur extra strength.
