By the way, often it is the amount paid for a monthly subscription that becomes an additional incentive not to miss workouts.

As for the training itself, here, as a rule, beginners most often ask questions about whether it is possible to play sports every day. There is no definite answer to them, because it depends on the chosen sport, the intensity and duration of training. On the whole, workouts in a day or two can be considered the optimal schedule, during breaks you can limit yourself to elementary short exercises, for example, morning exercises. In everything you need to know the measure, training is no exception. Excessive loads will not only not improve your form, but they can also be harmful to your health, and insufficient ones will not give the desired effect.

And finally, what time is better to play sports? And again, there is no definite answer to this question. We all have our own biorhythms, and forcing the “owl” to play sports early in the morning, and the “lark” is not worth it late in the evening, because it is useless. If you are not a pronounced representative of these "birds", just try several morning exercises, then evening ones, then you will determine what time of day is more comfortable for you.

In the morning, gymnastics and swimming will be effective. This will help the body cheer up and get a boost of energy for the whole day. Breakfast is best after half an hour after class.

In the evening, it is better to run or exercise. If one of the goals of training is to lose weight, then it is better to refuse a high-calorie dinner after class.
