Residents of nearby houses were not woken up by the alarm clock, but by loud gunfire in the street. One of the witnesses, who was on the balcony of the five-story building, saw several men in the courtyard. Then he heard pistol shots, there were about seven. One of the participants in the shootout fell right next to a tree in the courtyard of an apartment building, it was Andrey Sharov. A pool of blood appeared on the pavement, which increased with each passing minute.
The murder of Andrei Sharov in Perm
On July 22, 2015, at about 4 a.m. two men were shot dead, residents of the city of Perm. The incident took place in the very center of the city: on Ekaterininskaya Street, right next to a five-story residential building.
Eyewitnesses to the shootout immediately called an ambulance and police. It was not possible to save Andrei Sharov, and the second wounded man was taken to the nearest hospital. Sharov Andrey and the second injured man were familiar with each other.
For a long time, the survivor was under the supervision of doctors and guards, but doctors said that his life was not in danger, since the wounds were not fatal.
Who was and what lived Andrei Sharov
The killed Sharov Andrey was the founder of a widespread extracurricular education system called scoutism, which arose in Perm in the early 90s.
Rumors began to spread on the Internet that the former organizer of the scouts was a member of gangs. During the investigation, the son of the deceased Andrei Sharov, Sergei completely denied this information and said that his father was in search of a new job, as he recently quit and was in unemployment status. Moreover, Sharov’s son and other relatives cannot even guess where such a sum of money could come from.
The work of the investigation department
According to the investigation, Andrei Sharov was killed because of a large amount of money - 28 million rubles. The attacking men stole a bag of notes. But what did Sharov and his acquaintance with such a large sum of money in the courtyard of an apartment building, the investigation has to find out. Investigators also have information that the activity of the murdered person was related to the transfer of non-cash into cash.
According to the investigative committee, Sharov Andrey Vladimirovich received 2 gunshot wounds, which became fatal for him.
Forensics worked all day at the crime scene and opened a criminal case under two articles of the Constitution of the Russian Federation.
The investigation has many questions:
- Was there a shootout between men?
- Did the killed Sharov and the victim protect themselves from attacking them with weapons?
- Have they been shot by the defenseless?
- How many shots were fired and from which weapon?
According to the deputy head of the investigation department, there were two killers, they were put on the wanted list. Investigators ordered examinations, and also check the availability of recordings on surveillance cameras and on the video recorders of cars in the courtyard, and interview witnesses.
Results of the investigation
Later, as a result of the work of the investigation department, three suspects of organizing Sharov’s murder and attempted murder were caught. The reason for the detention was the presence in their cars and housing of a part of funds, as well as weapons.
Already on July 28, investigators stated that the murder was uncovered: Andrei Sharov was killed by local residents who were members of a criminal group (Evgeny and Andrei Sultanov, Viktor Bogomyakov, Anton Lozenko and the fifth, whose name the investigators do not cover).
It turned out that at least five people participated in the organization of the crime, and three directly in the attack. It became known that the victims fired from traumatic weapons, and at least seventeen shots were fired. Investigators also found evidence of involvement in the killing of the above individuals on the records of one of the surveillance cameras. The detainees refused to testify.
Three suspects were immediately detained, already at the end of September in the city of Kizil they caught Alexander Lozenko and later brought him to Perm. Technical means helped to capture this criminal. The fifth, Andrei Sultanov, surrendered due to the coordinated work of the investigating authorities. One of the prisoners reported that they worked for a fee of 300,000 rubles. The investigation is ongoing, but, for example, Lozenko still does not recognize his participation in the attack and the murder of Andrei Sharov.
