These parameters are not inherent in sports models. The motorcycle is driven by a 1.6-liter engine, over which flaunts an impressive ribbed twin designed for air cooling. There is no doubt that outwardly this bike looks like a roadster. At the same time, one cannot fail to note the successful design of its legs and seats, which provide a high level of comfort for both the driver and the passenger. Riding a Yamaha MT 01 will bring a lot of positive emotions not only to an experienced rider, but also to a beginner. The model uses a fuel tank of 15 liters.
Now let's talk about the dashboard, in which the tachometer first draws attention, the maximum mark of which is seven thousand revolutions. The movement of the motorcycle is smooth, as well as complete obedience to the driver. The vehicle enters into the turns smoothly, and travels along the laid path. Suspension behaves well during the test drive. 150 Nm of torque does not become so scary when the awareness of their distribution comes. In turn, the long base Yamaha MT 01 eliminates the possibility of motorcycle use. And all this against the background of an impressive exterior, which most closely resembles a yard style. This was achieved by the engineers due to the location of all the "centners" as close to the bottom.
There are also some unpleasant moments. First of all, this applies to vibrations, which at first are very alarming. At the same time, the mirrors shake. In addition, the exhaust pipes to the right side of the motorcycle are not covered by anything. Well, the last thing that can slightly spoil the overall impression is the silencers that are under the very “tail” of the motorcycle. However, in spite of everything, this bike is very popular all over the world, and the number of people who want to buy Yamaha MT 01 does not decrease from year to year.
