Two-valve mixers

Such a mechanism works very simply: the crankbox closes the hole through which water is supplied. Single lever mixers
Kaiser bathtub faucets can also be single-lever. Due to the fact that they work quickly and efficiently, they are also called joysticks. This is a relatively new direction in the manufacture of cranes. They are a case in which cold and hot water are mixed , and a plate. A plate is a lever needed to switch from one position to another. Mixers are of two types:
- ball mixer;
- cartridge tap.
In a ball mixer, the main element is a small metal ball located directly in the valve body. This ball has three holes, each of which has its own purpose: for cold, hot and mixed water. The design begins to work thanks to the adjustment rod. When the ball changes its position, the water pressure also changes.
The cartridge valve instead of the ball is equipped with a special cartridge. It is based on two plates made of ceramic material. At the bottom of the cartridge there are special holes through which water flows. And the top one is necessary for mixing hot and cold. The smooth movement of the lever is due to the use of special silicone grease. To prevent the cartridges from breaking due to the ingress of small particles, it is recommended to equip them with special filters.
Kaiser faucets: beautiful but not practical
For several years now, Kaiser has been a leader in the plumbing market. Mixers of the company look very beautiful due to the use of high-quality materials and interesting design. But because of the unusual design, cranes cannot be called practical. The place where the sensor is triggered is inconvenient, so the palms should be brought too close to the drain. As a result, it’s hard to wash your hands so as not to drench yourself. It is difficult to adjust the water pressure, because the sensor does not work well.

Before you go to the store for a faucet, it is better to analyze the reviews that are given by real people. Faucets manufactured by Kaiser have various reviews, among which there are both positive and negative.
Buyers claim that the main advantage of cranes is their design and cost. Conveniently, the inclusion of the shower occurs using a tap. Many talk about a good configuration of the device: the mixer itself, the tap, all the parts for installation. In addition, all the elements of the mixers are common, so they can be easily found in stores. Most buyers would buy Kaiser taps again.
Reviews are also negative. This is especially true for faucets purchased with a shower. Therefore, it is better to buy faucets separately to get a guarantee on them.
