Making wine from apples requires a fairly large amount of time. After all, alcohol must necessarily be infused and fermented. You will need the following components: take 10 kilograms of apples, 400 ml of boiled water, a couple of kilograms of sugar and a little dark raisins (200 g).

Rinse the fruit thoroughly and sort it out. In no case do not allow the use of sick and rotten apples! This will negatively affect the taste of the finished wine. Remove the internal partitions, foils, and the entire core along with the seeds from the fruit. Be sure to remove the stalks.
