Otkrytie Bank, recently merged with the Khanty-Mansiysk Bank, offers a card for its motoring customers that allows them to accumulate points for refueling at Lukoil gas stations and purchases in other stores.
When buying fuel and other goods at a gas station, the client will receive 1 point for each 50 rubles spent, and for purchases at other retail outlets 1 point will be added for 75 rubles spent. Bonuses can be spent at all gas stations of the Lukoil network to pay for fuel and other goods. An important plus of this product is the ability to get up to 1000 welcome points when you first pay at a gas station. For annual maintenance, the bank will have to pay 850 rubles.
Co-branded cards "Lukoil-Discovery" are issued only by MasterCard payment system. However, there is no way to issue a credit limit.
