The quality management system is one of the most highly efficient business tools. Why is it used in the manufacturing process? Firstly, the QMS serves as an excellent evidence of the high quality of the goods released, and also allows you to occupy a leading (leading) position in the market, is mandatory for exporters from Russia and Eastern Europe, as well as for a number of local manufacturers.
What is a quality management system ? QMS is a whole set of established production standards throughout the entire technological chain from manufacture to the moment of direct sale of goods on the market.
The quality management system implemented in the production should include a separate service responsible for product quality, which also includes analysis of the existing quality control system, conducting internal audits at the enterprise, staff training and adjusting actions for the development and completion of individual stages of the production cycle , including the creation of reporting documentation.

QMS is an opportunity to see and identify weaknesses in the production cycle, increase the return on efficient use of certain resources, improve all stages of the production process, reduce production costs, and increase the competitiveness of products. The ISO 9000 certificate can also be used for advertising purposes for the speedy promotion of goods on the market. There is only one but! It cannot be located on the product itself or on its packaging.
Not every QMS certificate is listed on the international market. Only certificates of conformity issued by a reputable international certification body, such as, for example, Norwegian Det Veritas, Swiss SGS, or German TUV-CERT. In the Russian Federation, VNIIS-SERT-SK, INTEREKOMS, the Military Register, Rostest and other centers that have the right to enter verified companies in the general certification register are engaged in the certification of QMS enterprises. Therefore, all international firms seek this kind of recognition and are constantly updating the QMS methods of their products.
