It consists in the fact that a person mentally scrolls and experiences moments of his own death. It is the awareness of death that is accepted by man as a manifestation of life itself. Imagining himself dead, he completely feels free and ceases to cling to life. A person with such a consciousness is an ideal soldier, he completely devotes himself to the fight against enemies. He no longer needs to worry about getting rid of the fear that is present, because he has already come to terms with death.

If there is a fight, then how to overcome fear? You can use this method as well - just honestly admit to yourself that you are afraid of this situation, but really imagine the humiliation that will happen if you leave the battlefield. If your opponent is standing in front of you, set yourself an attitude for victory and, as it were, scroll this moment of victory in your head.
