The transition to the adult level is not going so smoothly, big victories have not yet been achieved, however, the twenty-year-old athlete has good prospects for the future.

The beginning of the way

Rosalia Nasretdinova was born in Moscow in 1997. However, her family’s roots are in the Pilna area, the village of Krasnaya Gorka, from where Khaidar Nasretdinov arrived. The girl does not forget about her origin and from time to time visits her native land. In 2012, the girl participated in the 4x100 meter freestyle relay race, and also took silver as part of the 4x50 meter team. The girl’s body was perfectly suited for a short blasting operation. Here she stood out clearly against the general background and was able to swim the fastest at a distance of 50 meters by a crawl. To personal gold, she added silver in the 4x100 meter freestyle relay.

In 2016, Rosalia was able to successfully perform at the national selection and earn a ticket to participate in the Olympic Games. The swimmer performed at a distance of 50 meters freestyle and as part of the women's 4x100 relay team. However, the level of resistance at the world forum was immeasurably high, and Nasretdinova was left without medals.

Today, Rosalia is only twenty years old, and she is persistently preparing for her second Olympics, which will be held in Tokyo in 2020.
