Various tinctures occupy a separate place in alcoholic beverages. But in Russia, which is the birthplace of this alcoholic product, the situation is the opposite; it’s quite difficult to find a good tincture on the shelves of the store.
It is almost impossible to name the manufacturers of tinctures on vodka, and it is completely impossible to guarantee the quality of the product. But this does not mean that it is necessary to bypass such an alcoholic drink, because it deserves special attention. If you can’t buy a quality tincture of vodka, then making it at home is a very easy and real task. Consider several recipes for preparing tinctures on vodka.
Celandine tincture on vodka.
To prepare such a tincture you will need:
- 10 grams of celandine;
- 250 grams of vodka.
Cooking:
You just need to fill the grass with vodka and insist before staining the solution. Then you need to thoroughly strain it. It is recommended to store such tincture in a cool place. It is worth noting that in the preparation of tinctures you can not replace vodka with alcohol, since alcohol will destroy all the beneficial properties of celandine grass.
It is possible to apply therapeutic tinctures on vodka, gradually increasing the dose.
Application:
In a half glass of pure water, add a drop of tincture and drink one hour before meals. Then on the second day we add two drops, on the third day - three drops, and so on.
Thus, we take the tincture for fifteen days. After that, take a break of five days.
During the break, we drink infusion of chamomile or hawthorn. After the break, bring the number of drops to twenty and take again in increasing increments. Every two weeks you need to take five-day breaks. If you feel any discomfort, then you should refuse such treatment.

Lilac tincture on vodka
Everyone knows such a beautifully flowering shrub plant like lilacs. But few know that in addition to aesthetic beauty, this plant can help with rheumatism, gout and salt deposits in various joints. Also, such a tincture of lilacs is an excellent, more than once proven remedy for fever and malaria. To prepare tincture of lilac on vodka you will need:
- vodka, about 0.5 liters;
- lilac leaves, about 50 grams.
Cooking:
We wash the leaves well with water and fill them with a bottle with dark glass, pour vodka on top and shake well. We insist in a dark and cool place for about two weeks.
You can apply such a tincture both inside and out.
Depending on the severity of the disease, tincture is used three times a day, about forty drops before a meal.
In diseases such as malaria and fever, the use of tincture is recommended inside for three days. On the first day, one teaspoon of tincture before the attack, on the second - one teaspoon already during the attack, on the third - one teaspoon of tincture after the attack.
Vodka tinctures are also indispensable for procedures such as rubbing diseased joints, treating bruises and neuralgia.
