Thomas Müller was born in the city of Weilheim, located in southern Germany. He, like many other German boys, was interested in football since childhood. Moreover, little Thomas showed amazing performance and skill.
Of course, his parents sent him to a sports school at the semi-professional club Pel. Thomas was then only 4 years old. There he developed his innate talent and learned to play as a team.
Until 2000, the young Müller played in FC Pel. He was called the most promising player of that generation. He quickly attracted the attention of the Munich Scouts. The boy was invited to continue his studies at Bavaria. Thomas, an avid fan of this team, did not hesitate for a second.
The beginning of a career in Bavaria
Already in the mid-2000s, the young Mueller began to play for the double. Thomas became a true leader, and the results showed excellent. It is not surprising that by the end of the season he won the national title among youth teams.
Felix Magat, who was training the main team at that time, decided that the talent of the young football player Thomas Muller should not be lost in the double. It was he who transferred him to the reserve of Bavaria.
He did not sit there for a long time - soon Thomas became part of the main staff. His first match took place in 2007, on August 15th. It was a game against Hamburg in the Bundesliga. Then Thomas was released as a substitute in the 80th minute.
He had a few more games that season. He always went for a replacement, in total, Thomas Muller played 27 minutes.
And the debut in the Champions League took place on March 10. Bayern then played against Sporting. He came out in the 72nd minute, replacing Schweinsteiger. And in the last, 90th minute, he scored his first goal in European competition. Then, by the way, Bayern won with a score of 7: 1.
Further years

The best day for him was the first of May - then Thomas made his first hat-trick, ensuring the very same team victory in the match with Bochum 3-1. Of course, in the Champions League, an attacker with such indicators spent all his matches (there were 12) at the base.
At the end of that season, Thomas Muller was included in the list of 23 players who went to the World Cup in South Africa.
One year after another, the striker’s performance was getting better. He opened the account from the first minutes in the most important matches, gave assists, hit a penalty. What is important - his place in the composition and position on the field did not change with the advent of other coaches.
