Most of the procrastination comes from the fact that many things you can’t do, and you don’t have to do anything at all. That is, the deadline comes - and it turns out that doing “everything and a little more” was not at all necessary. Impunity for not meeting a person’s deadlines relaxes and dampens. The one who honestly and on time did feels like an idiot, the one who never did - like a clever rogue. What to do? Decide not to do most of the imposed deeds and stop being tormented by conscience. Change your profession: find something that will give you really good emotions, and constantly!

What is procrastination? Is treatment impossible? Perhaps, but this path can only be reached through increased awareness. You need to stop living, responding to stimuli, you need to start thinking and rejecting requests from stimuli, and also begin to influence the environment yourself. If you do not work for your goals, then you will be forced to implement strangers, only the operation mode will be as uncomfortable as possible. And you will want to postpone even more than when you chose something yourself.

How to get rid of procrastination? The lists of goals that you set for yourself are very helpful. It doesn’t matter that you will not reach most of them on time. But one glance at them will help you focus and remember why you are trying to realize your goals. Of course, ideally, all goals should be yours, then procrastination will also go away. Treatment of this condition is possible only through work with internal protests. A person puts off when he simply does not want to do. It is necessary to arrange life in such a way as to experience a minimum of negative emotions, to get the "splinter" out of your subconscious.

Procrastination is also associated with fear of a new type of work. You can deal with it by building relationships with people who can do what you need, and therefore can teach. Know how to be useful to such people! And then a lot for you will change for the better.
