  • If we talk about the drilling speed, then it will also depend on the quality of steel. For example, if you need to make a hole with a diameter of 35 mm in P20 rails, you will have to spend 2 minutes, and in P75 rails - 3 minutes.

The installation has a manual screw mechanism with a limiter, which is designed to change the degree of pressure. In order to avoid overheating of the drill during operation, barrels of coolant are placed on the rail head. Water enters the required area either by gravity or by force.

  • direct drilling of holes for butt bolts;

If we talk about the time it takes the tool to perform all three operations, then this is no more than 3.5 minutes. Another important feature of the device of this machine is that it is universal in terms of selecting the diameter of the drill. You can use the tool both in the field and in stationary. It is worth noting that not all models are equipped with electric motors.

If the customer makes a special order, it is possible to change to an internal combustion engine. As well as the model 1, rail-boring machine 2 is a device that automatically turns off after completion of work. The weight of this unit is approximately 55 kg.
