For every kilogram of mountain ash, a hundred leaves of both are required. You need to boil a berry compote with sugar. Then, when boiling, add leaves and cook for about half an hour. Cool the prepared broth naturally and pour into a large bottle. Leaves to leave there. After generously pour everything with vodka, alcohol or cognac from the calculation: for each liter of the mixture - 300 grams of alcohol. Leave everything in a dark place for a couple of weeks. The recipe for chokeberry liquor with a strength of 20% is as follows:

But the stronger the drink, the weaker it all appears. Not recommended for people with chronic and serious diseases of the liver, kidneys and heart. And, of course, to the children.
