- Simple: a position in which a sports apparatus is captured only in one piece - socks, legs, hands.
- Bending over: the athlete’s slightly bent or straightened body is located upside down (while it is laid back) - in front of or behind the projectile.
- Crouching: a type of gymnastic element in which the feet of the bent legs touch the support - the floor, the bars, etc.
