True, as it turned out, whiskey did not mix well with cream, and the shelf life of the drink was not long, because the creation of the recipe did not end there, because to solve all the problems, it took David 4 whole years. But in the end, a weak cocktail with 17% alcohol content was obtained, which was so sweet and pleasant to taste that, having tried it once, I wanted to drink it again and again.

Ingredients for Bailey's Classic Recipe
The original recipe for the drink, invented by David Dent, is still kept a secret, so to drink the real Bailey, you should buy a bottle of this drink from the company Gilbeys of Ireland. However, we may well prepare home-made Bailey's according to a recipe similar to the original one. And we need it for this:
- 500 ml of excellent quality whiskey (can be replaced with vodka);

- 380 grams of condensed milk;

While the chocolate cools down, quickly put the condensed milk, cream and vanilla in the mixer, thoroughly whip these ingredients. After which, not allowing the chocolate to cool completely and thicken, pour it into the mixer and continue to whisk. In the end, it remains only to add whiskey or vodka in several portions to the kitchen appliance, without ceasing to whisk, bottle the liquor and insist on the right time.

- a jar of condensed milk;
- a liter of cream with a fat content of 10%;
- 2 testicles;
- 2 teaspoons of instant coffee;
- 2 bags of vanillin;
- a pinch of ground cinnamon;
- 3 teaspoons of honey;
- a third of a teaspoon of ground ginger;
- a teaspoon of ground oak bark (available at the pharmacy);
- 3 tablespoons of sugar.
First of all, we melt the sugar over a fire so that it consistency resembles caramel, remove from heat, add honey, a bag of vanillin, ginger, cinnamon and oak bark to it and mix well. Then add alcohol to the mixture and send it to infuse for a week. After that, we filter the resulting drink and proceed to the traditional preparation of Bailey's. To do this, separate the yolks from the proteins, put half the cream and yolks in the mixer and beat. Then we add the remaining cream and condensed milk to them, mix everything, beat until a homogeneous mass is obtained, then pour in a thin stream an alcoholic cocktail that has been insisted for a week, add the remaining vanillin, mix the drink and put it in the refrigerator for three days. Then we remove the remaining fat from the surface, pass Baileys through cheesecloth and, finally, pour the cocktail into bottles.
Bailey's moonshine
If you have ready-made moonshine at home, then in this case there is no need to buy whiskey or vodka for making creamy liquor. In this case, you can just cook Bailey's according to the recipe, in which these alcoholic drinks are replaced by moonshine. And these components will be needed for such Bailey's:
- 0.5 liter odorless moonshine;
- 0.5 liters of cream with a fat content of 10%;
- can of condensed milk;
- 100 grams of dark chocolate;
- vanillin.
The preparation of such a strong Bailey's that will delight not only women, but also men, begins with the fact that the chocolate will need to be melted in a water bath and add a little cream to it so that it does not thicken. - 2 cans of concentrated milk;
- 500 ml of vodka, brandy or whiskey;
- a bag of vanillin;
- 3 teaspoons of instant coffee;
- one and a half glasses of sugar.
To prepare, we mix sugar, coffee and vanillin, and then fill them with milk, put the mixture on the fire and wait until it boils in order to immediately remove it from the heat. After that, add alcohol to the mixture, mix everything thoroughly, bottle it and send it to the refrigerator to infuse for a couple of weeks.
