Thanks to the advent of computers, the life of enterprises has changed quite a bit. But what about enterprises, how the life of ordinary people has changed.
But with the advent of computers, a new problem arose - how to use it so that all the necessary data is always at hand, but does not clog the desktop? In order to solve this issue, experienced software developers introduced such a thing as a folder. Thanks to this concept, the use of PCs has become more convenient. What is a folder? A folder is a place (small section) for storing certain information. You can store a wide variety of information in folders: from system files to games, music and graphics. For even more convenient use of information, we can sort it into folders and place them in them. For example, in the "Music" folder, make several folders with specific genres for a more convenient search for songs. They are considered to be the most convenient option for storing and organizing data.
The new folder can be used in a variety of ways, depending on the desire of the host system. The process of creating it is pretty fast and very simple. You can create a new folder in two ways: using the usual classic version or in a different way - in the manual version, or using the
keyboard shortcut. The first option is carried out by pressing the right mouse button in the place set by the cursor. Then, in the
context menu that opens, select "create", then select "folder". After these operations, a folder with the default name “New Folder” will appear in front of our eyes. Now you can enter the desired name of the tumor in the window.
The second option is much faster than the previous one, and it is used mainly only by advanced users. In order to create a folder using a key combination, you need to press the following combination - Ctrl Shift N, after which a folder with the default name "New folder 2" will appear at the place where the cursor was stopped. And so with each new creation, the default name will contain the next account number.
Each new folder will appear in the place where you wish, for this you just need to click on it once with the left mouse button in the place where you want it to be created. After you finish creating the folder, be sure to also rename it to the desired name. The correct name will always help you find the right information faster.
