Registry
The last way to change the boot screen for Windows 7 is to get into the registry of your operating system yourself. This method is strongly recommended to be used only by those who understand what they are talking about and communicate with the computer on "you".
Click the "Start" button. In the search bar, enter the command "regedit" without quotes. After that, a registry management window will open in front of you.
First of all, we are interested in the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE section. We click on it with the right mouse button and select the "Find" item. Uncheck all the checkboxes in the search settings, except for "parameter names", and enter "OEMbackground".

Now open "My Computer" and go to the directory "C: \ Windows \ System32 \ Oobe". Create a folder here with the name "info", and in it a subfolder of "backgrounds". However, in some assemblies it is. Now we take the picture we need and put it in this folder under the name "backgroundDefault.jpg", replacing the old image if necessary (if you think you want to return to the old desktop theme, better save it).
