Special Forces training - skillful fighter course

There are special forces in almost any country in the world. They differ in number, composition, weapons, but the goals of their creation are the same: to counter terrorism, conduct intelligence and counterintelligence, arrange sabotage behind enemy lines. At the same time, fighters should be able to find a way out of various situations and use any improvised means to achieve their goals. It was the training of special forces that allowed the creation of skilled fighters, because ideal soldiers do not exist. Methods of "growing" future saboteurs in each country are different. But, as they do in Russia, it cannot be found in any state. The training of GRU special forces runs counter to most provisions of the UN Convention on Human Rights. Nevertheless, this is an effective way, and the country is not going to abandon it.

Special Forces Training

Special Forces training primarily begins with psychological and psychophysical training. The first includes an understanding of one’s chosenness and the ability to control fear. Psychophysical training implies strength exercises, which also form the psychological mood of a soldier. Training lasts 20 hours a day. 4 hours are allotted for sleep. Recruits simply do not have free time. It should be noted that candidates are selected according to very stringent requirements. It is necessary to have not only a good physical shape, assessments of intellectual abilities and the ability to make decisions independently in any situation are also carried out. Therefore, those who have a rank in any kind of sport should not think that they will immediately be taken into special troops and will be happy. Special Forces training is very rarely carried out at the unit's location. From the very first days, a soldier begins to learn how to survive and achieve his goals in extreme conditions. For example, in a psychophysical training session include a “risk band”, crossing over water bodies using improvised means, mountaineering, movement over difficult terrain, exercises to overcome fear of heights, explosions, fire, blood, and squeamishness.

Special strength training, in addition to standard classes, also includes cross-country skiing, running, pulling up on the bar, jumping, sets of agility exercises and hand-to-hand combat. In addition, the humor of the soldiers of the unit is specific. For each other, the guys arrange very dangerous pranks - stretch marks near the bed, poisonous insects under the pillow, "random footboard". Fun is not entirely peaceful, but they are not suppressed by the command. Because this peculiar training of special forces accustoms fighters to constant caution, accuracy, willingness to adequately respond to the situation and instantly assess the degree of danger.

Special Forces Strength Training

After all the training and exercises, the soldier must be able to quietly and calmly complete the task in the rear of the enemy and return home, preferably safe and sound. And for this, he is also obliged to be able to handle any type of weapon and use improvised means as such, to understand all explosive devices, including improvised ones, to be able to neutralize them. In addition, special forces training allows you to master the art of disguise and reincarnation, which is one of the components of a successful outcome of the operation.

It should be noted that no matter how you look for a training manual for special forces soldiers, the full training course is not described anywhere. The reason is simple - the information is classified, as well as the composition of the troops, their location, weapons or budget.
