How to know the TIN of an organization by name?
Follow the link to the above service. On the page that opens, you will see a form called "Search Criteria", it has two tabs: "Legal Entity" and "Individual Entrepreneur / KFH". By default, the tab “Legal entity” is selected. The tab offers two search options: "PSRN / TIN" or "Name of legal entity". By default, there is a dot on the first option, but you need to rearrange it to the second. Then in the search bar you enter the name of the organization, you can check the box “Search by exact match to the name” if you are completely sure of the information. You can use the same search table if you are looking, on the contrary, for the name of the organization by TIN. Rearrange the point to "PSRN / TIN", enter the TIN data in the search bar, then the numbers from the picture and the "Find" button. As a result of the request, you will receive a table from which you can get the organization's address by TIN, name, PSRN, KPP, date of registration and date of liquidation if the company no longer exists. Only if when searching by name you can be offered several organizations, then when searching by TIN only one.
If you entered an incorrect TIN, you will receive a message from the system "PSRN or TIN": "Invalid TIN YUL". This means that when you entered the TIN, you made a mistake or that such an organization does not exist and did not exist.
We are looking for information about IP or peasant farms
How to find out the TIN of an organization if it is not a legal entity, but a physical one, that is, an individual entrepreneur or a peasant farm (peasant farm)? On the FTS website again find the “Electronic Services” section and click on the link “Business Risks: Check Yourself and the Counterparty”. In the "Search Criteria" form, select the tab "Individual Entrepreneur / Peasant Farm", rearrange the point to search by name and region of residence, enter data and a digital code from the image. On the website of the Federal Tax Service, you can get information about whether your potential partner is not included in the list of enterprises that have arrears in paying taxes or tax reports for more than a year. To check, you need to click on the link of the same name, which is located below the search form, enter the TIN that you just found out, a digital code and click the Search button.
Here you can check if disqualified persons are not part of the executive bodies of your counterparty, find out what messages were published by this legal entity in the Vestnik of State Registration publication, if there is a connection with this organization at the legal address indicated during registration.
