The universal way to clean
For computer dummies, you need to know how to clear history in a simple way. You don’t have to go far for this, install CCleaner or the like for them. Which allow you to clear not only the data on the computer, but also the browser history along with the cache accumulated over the entire time of use.
Another universal way is to delete the browser. And as a result, the history of the visit and the entire accumulated cache will completely disappear. True, this option is inconvenient and you have to download the browser several times.
Clear history in popular browsers
In most browsers, the cleaning algorithms are not particularly different. Only the way of accessing the story and the knowledge of how to clear the story in a particular browser differ. You do not have to go far for this. If you are a confident computer user, then you should find the "Settings" tab, where you can always see the "History". Click on it and go to a new window, where your entire history of visits will be.
And then the essence is simple, find "Clear History" and set the time period for which the history will be cleared. You can also clear tabs selectively, for this just click on them with the right mouse button. In the menu that opens, select "Delete" or "Clear".

- In the upper right corner are three horizontal lines.

- In the window that opens, you will see a list of all the sites that you have previously visited.
- You can delete a single history file by hovering over the link. The picture will disappear and an inverted triangle will appear, click on it and select "Delete from History".
- To clear the whole story, select the "Clear history" option. Here tick off the required subitems.
