In 1902, the eminent singer Fedor Chaliapin was invited by Gorky to the same Malinovsky dacha. Friends listened to his singing, pouring over the expanses of the Volga, at the "summer concert". This event is dedicated to the bronze monument of A. Gorshkov with two male figures. Near the monument there are shops with beautiful views of Nizhny Novgorod.
