The total area of the site is more than 10 hectares, including the adjacent territory. Moscow does not find such large centers, for the simple reason that there is very little free land there. Here it is much easier.
The area of the complex itself is 178,000 m2, about a third of it is leased. It is on it that boutiques and gaming halls, cinemas and cafes are located.
