Childhood and youth
Aristov Alexander was born on the sixth of August 1949 in the small town of Plast, in the Chelyabinsk region. But success was still a long way off. Having received a diploma, Alexander Aristov devoted ten years to the Yuzhnoye farm, where he was involved in the construction of various facilities: granaries, grain currents, etc.
Student years
Special attention deserves the student years of Aristov. They also made a significant contribution to his future successful career. In addition to knowledge, at the Polytechnic University, Alexander also received invaluable skills of the organizer and leader, conducting active social and labor activities. Student brothers participated in various construction projects, and Alexander Aristov was elected the foreman. They say that the farms built under his leadership are still standing - the guys did their job so well.

But back to the labor path of Alexander Mikhailovich. In 1985, when the country began to transfer the economy to a new footing, he did not stand aside and took up production. Having an engineering degree, a young specialist in just a few years created a number of enterprises. One of them was the cooperative "Energy", which first produced consumer goods, and then retrained in a meat factory. Chelyabinsk residents still remember sausage with the same name.
Talented lead managed to fine-tune the production process. Products manufactured at his enterprises, first squeezed on the shelves of state stores, and then imported cheeses and sausages. In the food industry in the early nineties, Aristov had no equal in the region. And this despite the fact that local officials constantly put sticks in the wheels of a new type of manufacturer.
In 1995, Aristov Alexander Mikhailovich rescued the Chelyabinsk Electrometallurgical Plant from cheap repurchase by overseas capitalists, leading this enterprise and taking it out of a deep crisis.
In 1996, he became chairman of the board of directors of another of his brainchilds, Chelyabinsk Trade Center OJSC, and at the same time established CJSC JV Center for the Food Industry Italiano-Ural International. But the largest project of Aristov in those years was the center of the food industry "Ariant", which grew up on the territory of an abandoned construction site and has been successfully operating to this day.
