The history of the famous brand began in the XII century. Then the unknown Rinuccio di Antinoro produced wine, living in his family castle. But soon everything changed. This happened after the senior representative of the clan, at that time Giovanni di Pierrot, in 1385 joined the guild of wine producers. This date, in fact, can be considered the birth of a new brand. True, at first the scale of production was small. More seriously, the company took up the production of wine only in the 16th century. It was then that the Antinori family acquired the estate, which later became known as Villa Antinori del Cigliano. His image began to be placed on the labels of only the best of their own wines. In 1931, the company's masters developed a new product line, which was called "Villa Antinori." Wine of this brand on the modern market is considered a true standard of excellence and a guarantee of quality.

Red wine “Villa Antinori” is a bright red drink with a rich hue of pomegranate. In creating the blend for its production, 4 grape varieties are used:
- Sangiovese (55%);
- Cabernet Sauvignon (25%);
- Merlot (15%);
- Syrah (5%).
The drink has a balanced elegant taste with a rich shade of berries, soft oak notes and a long pleasant aftertaste. The strength of the product is only 13.5 percent. Its delicate bouquet contains the aroma of blackberries and blueberries, complemented by spicy woody notes along with a juicy shade of vanilla and chocolate. Red wine "Villa Antinori" can rightfully be considered the hallmark of the famous Italian house Antinori. Its exquisite velvet aroma and long aftertaste indicate the excellent quality of the product.
